Session 1 - Group Coaching
Kick off the day with a semi-private coaching session in breakout groups! Led by our team of expert instructors, this team-based experience will test your existing knowledge of the Black Swan skills. In this multi-faceted negotiation exercise, you'll deal with negotiating internally, negotiating with a team at the table, dealing with distrust from your counterpart, and how to price competitively.

Session 2 - Special Topic
A promising negotiation hits an invisible wall—sudden demands pop up, timelines stretch on forever, and unseen resistors pull the plug at the last second. In this Special Topic session, you’ll learn exactly how to deescalate those shadowy obstacles and keep every opportunity moving forward.

Lunch
Lunch is served. Eat, and connect with other attendees on the

journey to mastering the Black Swan skills.

Session 3 - Continuation of Special Topic + Black Swan Skills Review
Synthesize our Special Topic discussion. Plus, stress test your knowledge—and

fundamental mastery—with a tailored review of the core Black Swan skills!

Session 4 - Listening Exercise
In this Listening Exercise, you’ll push through each layer of what’s

said (and unsaid) to surface the real drivers behind every conversation.

Session 5 - Special Topic Exercises
Rotate through practicing 3 negotiation scenarios. Teams will work together as they role

play the negotiations. Our expert instructors will act as their counterpart in the negotiation.

9:00AM - 12:00PM (Session 1)

Kick the day off with an engaging case study! This team-based negotiation will test your existing knowledge of Black Swan skills. In this multi-faceted negotiation, you'll deal with negotiation internally, negotiating with a team at the table, dealing with distrust from your counterpart and how to price competitively. 

 

12:00PM - 1:00PM (Lunch)

Lunch is served. Eat, and connect with the other awesome attendees. 

 

1:00 PM - 5:00PM (Session 2)

In the afternoon session the attendances will learn:

Q - Will Chris be there?

No, we are sorry Chris will not be in attendance. He will only be present in a select few cities. Our top instructors will be there to teach. For the cities that Chris is attending, he will instruct for part of the day, but you should also expect to hear from our other speakers as well. 

Q - How many people will attend this event?

The event is open to 50 attendees only. You can expect to interact with each of our speakers, ask your negotiation questions, and network with other like-minded individuals who are hungry to make good deals.

Q - Are meals included with my ticket?

Yes, meals for the day are included. Breakfast will be served during check-in at 8am and Lunch at 12pm.

In between the morning and afternoon sessions, there will be beverages and snacks available as well.

Q - What is the refund policy?

Things come up and we understand. That's why if you cancel up to 4 weeks in advance we will fully refund your ticket cost. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the cost of your ticket.

Bring your preferred note-taking devices (paper & pen).
